SHIPPING

  • Please allow 5-7 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for stock items to ship. Custom or personalized items have a 10 day turnaround unless otherwise stated.  All orders are shipped via USPS (US Postal Service) or UPS (United Parcel Service), Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).  A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. USA delivery is normally 5-7 business days after the order ships. 
  • If you have made your payment with an e-check through PayPal, your order will not be shipped until the payment has cleared. 
  • If you have NOT received a tracking number after 7 business days, please check your junk/spam folder then email us to inquire about your order. 
  • Once you have received a tracking number for your order, any issues or concerns regarding the shipment must be handled through the US Postal Service or United Parcel Service, as the order is now in their possession.  
  • If a shipment is showing as "DELIVERED" with your tracking number, you will need to contact your post office, as that is a delivery issue, and I cannot correct a delivery issue.  Delivery issues (including damage, theft, misdeliveries MUST be handled through the US Postal Service or carrier)
  • All orders must select shipping as the delivery method.
